Need to start a return?

If you purchased from www.vaikobi.com, please initiate your return within 6 weeks of receiving your order. You’ll need your order number from your confirmation email or delivery packaging.

Customers in Australia, New Zealand, the US, and Canada can easily arrange a return for store credit, refund, or exchange. Just click the button below to get started.

For customers outside these regions:
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide further instructions, as return options vary depending on your location.

EU Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, use the withdrawal button below — you'll receive an email confirmation once your request has been submitted.

Please note that the withdrawal process is for refunds only. If you'd prefer an exchange or store credit, or if your past the 14 days, please email [email protected] with your order number.

Return shipping back to Australia is at the customer's cost, and we recommend using a tracked service. Once your returned items have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll cancel it and process your refund directly.

Faulty / Defective Products

If your Vaikobi product has a fault in workmanship or fabrication, we’ll replace it at our cost - wherever you are in the world.

  • Bought from an authorised dealer? Return it to the store for an exchange.
  • Bought from www.vaikobi.com? Click the button below to submit your return request. Make sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible — this helps us respond faster.
Bought from stockist?

If you bought your Vaikobi product from an authorised Vaikobi dealer, please take your purchase back to the shop and they will happily arrange your exchange or refund. Please note that their terms and conditions for returns may be different to ours.
